Job Description:
The Staff Health Officer (SHO) is the focal point for all matters relating to the health of ICRC staff in the delegation. In line with ICRC staff health strategy and in collaboration with medical personnel on the spot, s/he promotes and maintains the physical and mental health of ICRC staff. S/he implements the staff health strategy in seven identified domains: prevention, health insurances, management of medical information, monitoring, assessment, and feedback.
MAIN TASKS:
  • Manages medical files and ensures availability in soft and hard copies, while keeping proper accounting of all medical files
  • Processes medical reimbursements of resident staff
  • Monitors / processes bills and payments from partner service facilities
  • Acts as IT relay for the delegation

REQUIRED PROFILE:
A successful candidate will have:
  • 2 to 3 years’ administrative, clerical or office experience
  • Previous experience in humanitarian work is a plus
  • University degree in Nursing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word in particular)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Keeps strict medical confidentiality

Job Description:
The Project Officer is accountable in ensuring the quality and timely implementation and management of the REAP project in the municipalities of Tboli and Lake Sebu in South Cotabato Province. S/he will lead in planning and strategizing to ensure the project is being implemented as planned and/or adjust strategies and approaches when needed to adapt to the project context and situation. The post holder will also provide technical guidance to health workers of Local Government Units, other health service providers and to the Department of Education teachers who are handling subjects were Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights are relevant. This include supportive supervision on Heart to Heart .
He/she will engage in regular coordination and consultation with the Program Officers for Health and Nutrition based in Koronadal City and the Thematic Director based in the Quezon City Office; provide technical inputs during planning, implementation, and completion of the project; monitor the implementation and progress of project activities; and ensure timely completion of deliverable based on Save the Children’s tools and standards.




Education Experience:
  • At least 3 years of work experience on Reproductive Health.
  • Experience in project management for at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and possesses a can-do attitude in situation of ambiguity to deliver expected results.
  • Proficiency in technical writing including concept note development and donor report writing.
  • University degree in the health sciences or related fields
  • Preferably with experience in working with indigenous cultural communities
  • Residence in the project area and ability to speak the local dialect is a big advantage
  • Demonstrated competencies in community mobilization, coordination and partnership preferably with experience on rights-based adolescent health and sexuality project/program implementation.
  • Understanding of the Philippines adolescent sexuality and reproductive health strategy, public health system, local governance and targets on Sustainable Development Goals
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally as needed.

Job Description:
The Director of Program plays an essential role in Educo Philippines, leading the development and ope rationalization of the Country Programmatic Framework (CPF). The role of Americas University Partnerships Manager will be based in our Old City, Philadelphia Office.


Role:

CRCC Asia is currently hiring for a dynamic mid-level position within its University Partnerships department. The position will be based in Philadelphia and report to the Head of University Partnerships – Americas, also located in Philadelphia. Our University Partnerships team focuses on two roles: New Partnership Development and Partnership Account Management. The focus of this role will pertain mainly to new partnership development with some support of account management of university programs in the field of international education. The position will work collaboratively with our regional and global teams to strengthen existing relationships as well as establish new relationships at higher education institutions across North America.

Responsibilities:

Business development duties (50%):

Lead Nurturing and Development –

  • Manage a portfolio of pending university partner programs; overseeing strategy for finalizing programs with potential partner institutions
  • Create new university partner leads through direct outreach, conferences, and networking
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate campaigns to establish contact with new institutions across North America
Conference Attendance and Planning–

  • Attend international education conferences as well as submit successful session proposals with university partners
  • Assisting entire university Partnerships teams in preparing for conferences
New Program Development-

  • Operate as a consultant on establishment of new programs to university partner contacts as they navigate the creation of new international internship programs on campus (Not every university will require this).
  • Conduct campaigns to grow relationships with new departments and contacts laterally across campus.
Account management duties (40%) –


Partnership Support –

  • Manage a portfolio of university programs spanning a variety of program models including standard, custom, faculty-led, and partial services programs.
  • Collaborate with university partners to plan the logistics of each year program, passing on key details and program descriptions to program location teams
  • Marketing and Communications-
  • Work with digital teams and marketing colleagues to create co-branded marketing materials for custom programs

Student Support and Recruitment

Visit partner institutions on campus to conduct recruitment and/or pre-departure events as required or requested by each partner institution
Work with admissions teams to establish correct protocol for pre-departure
Work with university partners to foster relationships with participants and alumni of the program, growing the number of global ambassadors at partner universities

Program Reporting-

  • Work with program location staff members to collect weekly and bi weekly reports on student progress, and reporting back any incident or medical reports to the partner institution
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of each program following their close each term
  • Create post-program reports and sharing with key team members

General Tasks (10%):

  • Attend and/or plan, networking events
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, webinars, or outreach
  • Market research
  • Data management in our CRM system
  • Email marketing campaigns

Preferred skills:

  • 2-5 years experience in business development or account management
  • Experience of higher education and/or international education
  • Passion for travel and education
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and flexible
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize requests and projects
  • Prompt and effective communicator via email and telephone
  • Self-motivated, independent
  • Able to maintain oversight of projects while conducting semi-frequent to frequent outreach trips to universities and conferences
  • Data management or previous use of a CRM system
  • Experience traveling to, living in, or academic understanding of program locations: China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, or the UK

Role Specifications:

  • This is a full-time role based in our Philadelphia office. Opportunity to work remotely 1 day a week will be offered after three month training period
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role, and all applicants should have the right to work in the US.
  • Some travel required, mainly within North America, with potential to travel outside of the US to some of CRCC Asia’s programs within 12-18 months.
